A Year of Momentum, Community, and Impact

From the President
At Clark Elementary PTA, everything begins with students. This year, our mission came alive through thousands of volunteer hours, record membership growth, and programs that enriched learning, strengthened belonging, and brought joy to campus. Our PTA members and volunteers didn't just help — they shaped student experiences. They created safe, fun events, supported academic programs, and ensured families stayed connected through clear communication and a welcoming PTA presence.
Thank you for making Clark a place where students thrive!
Jeff Sears
2025-26 PTA President

From the Principal
The Clark Elementary PTA made an extraordinary impact this year, strengthening student learning, enriching campus experiences, and elevating the culture of our school. Their financial support powered essential academic programs, classroom grants, and beloved student events — from Trunk or Treat to Spring Fest — ensuring our children had opportunities to grow, explore, and shine. The generosity from families, sponsors, and donors directly shaped the daily experiences of our students and helped us continue building a school environment where every child feels supported and celebrated.
Equally meaningful was the gift of time. Our volunteer parents showed up consistently and wholeheartedly, supporting classrooms and the cafeteria, staffing events, and contributing thousands of hours that strengthened the heart of our community. The PTA's leadership, creativity, and dedication help define who we are — a school where families and staff work together to create joyful, memorable experiences for students. Thanks to our combined efforts and PTA partnership, we are truly Making Our Mark at Clark.

Strategic Focuses for 2025-26
Membership Recruitment/Engagement
To support the school and our students, we worked to increase membership by 87% over the previous year. 91% of our teachers and staff were PTA members. We increased the size of the board by recruiting more volunteer chairs to expand the impact of our efforts.
Communication
We increased our regular cadence on social media (Facebook) growing our followers by 20%. 21 email newsletters kept PTA members informed of the impact of recent activities and upcoming events. Homeroom Representatives helped to ensure important information and opportunities were reaching ALL Clark families, not just PTA members.
Organization and Planning
We partnered with school administration to create a comprehensive calendar of events for the year. Every project and campaign had a project plan, and debriefs were conducted to capture notes and best practices for future years. Monthly PTA board meetings were conducted to discuss activities and accomplishments.
