Trunk or Treat & Spooky STEM Night
Join Clark Elementary for Trunk or Treat and Spooky STEM Night! Enjoy decorated trunks, STEM activities, pumpkin carving contest, food trucks, Cougarpreneurs, and Spirit Wear Pop-Up Shop.
Student Participation
- Come dressed in your not-so-scary costume and visit decorated trunks.
- Participate in fun and spooky STEM activities.
- Purchase spirit wear items in the Spirit Shop
- Visit aspiring business owners at Cougarpreneurs Booths
- Enjoy food and beverages from some local food trucks!
Win a Raffle Prize
- All students receive a Trunk or Treat and Spooky STEM Card.
- Collect signatures from 20 trunks and at least 3 STEM activities.
- Vote for your favorite trunk and your favorite pumpkin.
- All votes must be submitted by 7:15 pm.
- Winners are announced at the end of the night.
Volunteer Sign-Up
Middle and high school student volunteers are welcome! Sign up to help make the night a success.
Welcome / Flow
Greet families and keep foot traffic moving safely through the event.
Candy Runners
Resupply trunk hosts with candy so they never run out.
Pumpkin Monitoring
Watch over the carved-pumpkin display and voting area.
Spirit Shop Support
Help run the Spirit Wear Pop-Up Shop.
Trunk Host Sign-Up
Arrival Instructions
Vehicles may arrive for set-up between 5:00–5:30 pm. Please follow volunteer directions for parking. No power will be available. Ensure you have at least two people to distribute candy and sign students' Trunk or Treat cards. Candy will be supplied.
Information Call
A Trunk Host Information Call will be scheduled the week before the event. All trunk decorators will receive the link to join the call and slides presented.
Pumpkin Carving Contest
Theme Requirement
Pumpkins should follow the Nautical Theme to match Clark's "Anchored in Excellence" school theme.
Delivery Instructions
Pumpkins must be delivered between 5:30–5:45 pm for judging. Pick up your pumpkin at 7:30 pm at the end of the event.
Prizes
The winning pumpkin (attendee vote) receives a $25 gift card!
